Fiber laser is a core device on CNC fiber laser cutting machine. If improper operation causes fiber laser failure and shutdown in our daily use, it will cause great losses to us. In order to reduce the occurrence of such mistakes, we need to pay more attention when operating.
1. Precautions when stopping during use:
During the operation of CNC fiber laser cutting machine, if there is no cutting task temporarily or a long rest (more than 1 hour) is required, it is recommended that users can take the following measures:
Turn off the fiber laser high voltage, but do not turn off the fiber laser power switch, and let the CNC fiber laser cutting machine be in standby state.
Turn off the chiller to prevent unnecessary energy consumption and equipment operation.
When resuming the cutting operation, start the chiller first, let it run and stabilize the cooling water temperature. After the actual temperature of high and low temperature water reaches the set value and does not exceed 1 degree range, turn on the fiber laser high voltage for cutting.
Avoid wrong operation: It is strictly forbidden to keep the chiller running when the fiber laser power is turned off to prevent equipment damage.
2. Quick startup tips (for reference):
In order to improve the efficiency of CNC fiber laser cutting machine, it is recommended not to turn off the power switch of fiber laser when shutting down at night. Let the air conditioner or internal dehumidifier of fiber laser run continuously to reduce the impact of moisture on fiber laser cutting machine. In this way, when starting up the machine the next day, there is no need to wait for up to 30 minutes of warm-up time, which improves work efficiency and consumes less power.
3. Environmental placement requirements for fiber laser:
Monitoring temperature and humidity: It is recommended to install temperature and humidity instruments in the air-conditioned room of fiber laser to monitor the temperature and humidity of the environment in real time.
Reasonable control of temperature and humidity:
The set temperature of low-temperature water of laser is recommended to be 22℃.
The ambient temperature (air-conditioned room temperature) should be controlled below 26℃.
When the relative humidity of the environment (humidity of air-conditioned room) is lower than 75%, the temperature below 26℃ can be maintained.
If the humidity exceeds 75% (such as reaching 85%), the ambient temperature needs to be lowered to below 24℃ to prevent condensation inside the fiber laser cutting machine and affect normal operation.
Follow the above precautions, reasonably adjust the use environment, and perform daily maintenance. Not only can it effectively extend the life of the equipment, but it can also allow production work to proceed smoothly.
