Advantages of Digital Galvanometer Structure
High anti-interference performance, stable laser output for outdoor/mobile operation
Full digital signal transmission eliminates analog signal attenuation and interference issues, perfectly adapted to complex working conditions such as high-frequency movement of hand-held welding, construction sites and narrow spaces. Compared with conventional analog galvanometer welding torches, the failure rate of disconnection, laser shutdown and trajectory distortion is reduced by 90%, ensuring rework-free welding processes and stable operation even for novice operators.
High precision + fast response, dual optimization of welding quality and efficiency
With sub-microradian level positioning accuracy, the swing trajectories (Z-shape/sine/linear) achieve absolute consistency, ensuring uniform and error-free fish-scale weld beads. The response time is less than 1ms with a higher swing frequency, supporting high-speed continuous welding at a maximum speed of 100mm/s. Compared with conventional welding torches, the welding efficiency is improved by 50%, and wide welds (within 6mm) can be formed in one pass without multiple overlay welding.
Advantages of Dual Protective Lens Structure
Dual-layer protection, extended service life of core lenses and reduced consumable costs
The dual protective lenses form a double isolation barrier, which effectively blocks spatter, smoke and slag during the welding process and prevents scratching and burning of the core focusing lens. Compared with conventional welding torches with single protective lens, the service life of the core lens is extended by 3 to 5 times, eliminating the frequent replacement of high-cost core lenses and significantly reducing consumable expenses.
Continuous laser efficiency retention, consistent welding quality without degradation
Single protective lenses are prone to spatter contamination, which leads to laser efficiency attenuation, welding power drop and defects such as incomplete penetration and blowholes. The dual protective lenses allow for timely replacement of the contaminated outer lens, ensuring a 100% laser transmittance at all times and maintaining long-term stable welding quality with no batch-to-batch differences.
